AMAZING FIVE STARS
Well to start with this picture does not give the product ANY justice.
It came within 4 days of ordering it. It would be nice to have intructions however it is easy to put together when you get the idea of it. There is pink half-circle things with bands that go on the side of the cages which didn't fit at first but we called the people up and they were such a help. (Put the bands in hot water then put then on the half-circle plastic thingsthen slot in the holes on the cage.)
My hamsters LOVE this cage. They are dwarf hamsters so this to them is like a mansion, however it would still be a great size for any hamser. Better than any other cages I have looked for, worth the price!!

Not bad
This cage arrived promptly and when we opened the box it was clearly as big as we expected. No instructions for putting it together but it's not too difficult when you get the hang of it. The only problem we had was spacing of the platforms so the ramps weren't too steep for him, that took a bit of time and faffing (as the previous reviewer states, a tip was included for attaching the pink pods and that proved helpful)
Our Syrian is too big for the wheels which means we will have to get one big enough for him, hopefully that won't be too problematic to find and attach. Also I was worried that he wouldn't be able to fit through the door of the house that was supplied so we left the lid off for him so he just climbs in that way.
I think the joining of the ramps to the platforms could be a bit better as they seem quite loose and our hamster has no difficult nudging them out of their slots, although his favoured way of negotiating around the cage is by jumping from level to...

Right I ordered the Izzy Fun House and then read the sizes... THIS IS ONLY OK for dwarf single rodents... HOWEVER I ordered the Critter XL instead and I have to say the Picture didn't do it justice... It's great and I have two normal sized Gerbils which love it and although NO INSTRUCTIONS its easy enough to assemble.... The domes however the plastic rings are too small... persavere with it and only just put the dome inside.. once the plastic rims are on they do fit well....
N.B. ANYONE WANTING TO BUY A CAGE the Critter XL is in my view brilliant
