Ferplast Ferret Plus and Rat Cage

Not many faults
Basically your main complaint could be how easy it is to clean. It is not hard to clean I will start off by saying, but it does take a little bit longer when you want to take the whole thing apart, sides off, top off etc. I agree with another reviewer that said this only needs to be done once a month and a cage clean without removing all the sides is fine for the rest of the weeks.

The access is AMAZING! You can not fault it.

The reason it is fiddly to clean is because it can be flat packed and therefore needs the slots. In my opinion however, the ability to flat pack outweighs the cleaning inconvenience.

The cage is sturdy and the accessories are great. My water bottle didn't leak with a couple of tips - fill to the brim, push ball in before tipping it back over and then releasing, flicking and 'using' the water bottle with your finger until bubbles come up. Vaccum should then be sealed.
The hammock is actually one of my favourites despite being...
Excellent cage - recommended
This is an excellent cage for up to three rats. It comes exactly as shown, with a hammock, a shelf, a very nice stainless steel food bowl with secure clip to hold it firmly to the side of the cage (which helps prevent food spillage), a triangular red tray, and a rather flimsy plastic water bottle. The wire frame of the cage unclips very easily from the plastic base, there is a front door, and the top of the cage opens (as shown in the picture) as a lid. My two rats are very happy in this cage, and there's room for extra toys. I have suspended a Sputnik from the ceiling, which they love to sleep in - "We all live in a yellow satellite" is their favourite song. If I had to find fault with it, I would say that the water bottle should be replaced at once by a glass one, as glass bottles are sturdier and in the long term more hygienic than this flimsy plastic one. Apart from that detail - strongly recommended!
Very Good Cage
This is an excellent cage, with a great shelf that the rats love. There is plenty of room for hammocks and toys. I would definitely recommend this, but only for a maximum of 3 rats. It could have been designed slightly better so that there are less nooks and crannies to clean.

Ferplast Casita 120 Indoor Rabbit & Guinea Pig Cage

Great cage
Bought this cage for our 9 yr old daughter's new rabbit. A great cage, spacious and easy to clean. Front door slides across, so no caught paws when bunny jumps out! Top opens fully c/o two separate doors which can be opened individually if needed; enabling you to access the food, litter tray and of course your rabbit easily! I have put ours into a large run and leave the front door open at all times and our bunny loves it. highly recommend!
Too small for a rabbit
The minimum recommended size for a hutch/cage is 6' (180cm). In addition, a larger area is needed for daily execise. It is essential that your rabbit has the room to stretch in all directions. A rabbit cage/hutch that's too small can effect your rabbits health - causing spine problems, muscle wastage and obesity.

I have not found a cage big enough (only Ferplast Rabbit 160 Cage )so I recommend to buy the largest dog cage (or two) you can find! and make it 2 storey (its higher than rabbit cage) and let your bunny run around a lot...again if it can stay open 24/7 PERFECT :) Please research rabbits needs before you buy.
Great product!
This is a fantastic roomy cage which I'm sure our guinea pigs will love. Easy to put together. Only concern may be the slope to the top ramp - not sure if the piggies will get up - time will tell. Also ordered cage Monday night & it was delivered Thursday - I didn't pay extra for speedy delivery so really impressed with service.

Ferplast Mini Duna Hamster Cage

Great cage for dwarfs!
This is ideal for a dwarf hamster. I have a roborovski hamster called Marshall living in one, he is very happy. There's plenty space for a large wheel, toys, bed, food bowl etc.

The only slight issue I have with it is water bottles don't fit so well unless you have the actual Ferplast bottles, which Marshall doesn't like to drink from! But it works out OK.

See the photos in the images for photos of my cage!
Great for my 2 dwarf hamsters
i bought this cage for my syrian hamsters for

Ferplast Combi 2 Hamster Cage with Accessories

Excellent cage for dwarf hamster
We bought my 6 year old daughter this cage for her Christmas present and then we have adopted a dwarf hamster last week. "Rosie" the dwarf hamster loves it and has settled in very well! I've cleaned it once and it was very easy to do. The wheel is silent enought. It did take time to put together but was simple enough!
hamster cage
I like this prouduct as it is modern. however my pet has escaped from it a few times; and now we have lost him as he escaped into a different room. this is because the sheet of instructions is not very clear. i didn't put the top on correctly. if i had put it on correctly he would'nt have escaped.
another issue is the drinking bottle. whenever my hamster drank from it, it dripped out on to the sawdust surrounding it, so i had to replace the saw dust round that area every day.
apart from these issues my hamster did love this cage as the compartment with the wheel in was fun to explore. he also loved climbing across the top of the cage.
my hamster did love this cage.
Too small
Your hamster deserves better. These cages are all about looking attractive to kids rather than giving the occupant a nice life.

Ferplast Duna Fun Hamster Cage with Accessories

Brilliant and Best cage so far!
I have had three hamsters with three different cages and this one is by far the best. I don't know why people are saying it's too small for a Syrian Hamster because there was plenty of room for her. I had to replace the wheel because the little ridges gave her cut feet and it was very noisy. I put in a Silent Spinner and had no more problems. It was so easy to clean, and to put back together, even when I was nine (I am now 12) I worked it out myself and it is very easy. Sadly, my hamster Cassi passed away two years ago, but I still have the cage. I am now planning to get some more Syrian hamsters because they are so friendly and make the loveliest pets.
Cleaning: 5/5
Fun: 3/5 (5/5 if you buy more toys etc.)
Space: 5/5 (for one Syrian hamster)
Durability: 5/5 (only damage is on of the catches on the ladder snapped off because I dropped it whilst I was drying it after cleaning)
I am going to buy many more of these cages when I start my breeding programme this...
cage
Our hamster' Ebony' had almost chewed a hole through her old cage so we ordered this larger one for her. She loves it! Her favourite activity is to swing along the lid bars and then drop to the bottom of the cage, or jump from the top shelf to the lower one. As you can tell she is a bit of a thrill seeker.
Super Cage for All Hamsters!
We bought two of these cages over two years ago for our Syrian Hamster. We also linked the samller version of this cage which eventually became our Syrian Hamster's sleeping area and this bigger cage the play area. You can add lots of variations of tubes and extensions to this cage which makes it so modular.

Sadly our Syrian Hamster passed away a few days ago, but now we have bought two Dwarf Hamsters and the cage is suitable for them also. The only thing we needed to do was remove the metal wire part of the cage to stop the little ones from squeezing through it! This part of the cage easily clips off so that the base and plastic part fit together to make the cage secure. The only thing is that you can't add tubes when you reduce the cage.

But I would definately recommend this cage for all Hamsters!

great
This a great cage and can be customised to suit the buyer, I have bought extra tubes and a pod for the hamster to sleep in. For the first few weeks I would recommend removing the tubes as my baby hamster decided to make his bed inside the tubes making it impossible for me to handle him which is vital in the early weeks.
They also wee inside the tubes so you may want to put some news paper under the cage.
The home supplied is not large enough for a full grown Syrian but makes an excellent toilet.
The cage is also spacious enough for you to hang treats like corn from the roof.
The kids love watching him potter about now and this cage allows for that too.
Great Hamster cage
Fantastic Hamster cage we have a syrian hamster and the cage is of good size and plenty of room to add extra's

only one down side the wheel is ok for a small hamster but will be to small when a Syrian hamster gets to full size and will need replacing.

That said this is one of the best cages value for money I have seen and would recommend to someone looking for a cage for a small animal such as a Hamster.
Fantastic cage
I have had this cage for years now and have used it for both hamsters and gerbils at different times and it is perfect for both. Because of the tubes this cage can also be connected to other ferplast and savic cages to expand and therre is a great range of product out there to extend this cage for your little critter.
This cage is easy to clean and lasts a long time I am very happy with it.
The only problem it has is the bed that it comes with is way to small for any animal so you will need to buy another one but the rest is really good.
Update: Although I have had this cage for years I have decide to upgrade to a Ferplast Tris, as my gerbil loves to pee in the tube and make a mess. So i upgraded to a cage which is practically the same cage but has ladder instead of tubes and is twice the height but I love this cage still.

Merlins review
Hi this is my new home and I love it! It has all the cool stuff I was lookin for and my mummy loves it cause it looks cool. Thanx seller for a cool product. From Merlin hamster
Very nice!
Very nice ferplast cage! Though i don't get why it's called a syrian hamster cage - Maybe a very small syrian hamster would fit in. I have a dwarf hamster and it fits perfectley for him. He's very happy for his new cage!
fun
i agree with the other review , this cage is a bit small for a syrian hamster but perfect for a russian hamster , i think its fun and we have added on extra tubing running into another cage and my hamster loves it. Also i think its a bit pricey on here , you can get this cage for half the price at a well known pet shop.

Ferplast Duna Fun Small Animal Cage, Large

Ferplast Duna Fun large
I have 2 of these cages, they are spacious and it has tubes included. This cage has a barred section in the middle which is great especially in the summer when it is warm as it lets air circulate in the cage, if in the winter it gets very cold you can remove the barred section and just clip the lid on the base. Also has a platform and ladder, water bottle food dish and a plastic house - unfortunately the house is only suitable for dwarf hamsters as it is on the small side, Syrian hamsters need something bigger, the included wheel is also too small for a syrian so please do not use it and get a larger one from the pet shop. The cage is a bit pricey but as always you get what you pay for and this cage is a good one for a Syrian hamster as it is big and will enable your hamster to have lots of fun in it.
Product OK - if not broken!
Ordered pre xmas for a present to my daughter. Perspex lid cracked so assembled it and made safe the damage for use. Put hamster in it and requested a repacement. Replacement cage came a week later and that lid was in a worse state. Returned both items and got a refund.

Bought one from a Pets at home store......and will continue to use them from now on.
Ok but nightmare to clean!
I was lucky enough to get my cage from Amazon NOT damaged! The cage is BIG and so much space for my 5 mice to play in. My mice LOVE the tube in the cage and I fit lots more of their toys inside too. The only thing I hate about the cage is cleaning it, as u have to take the whole thing apart and it takes ages to put back together.

But overall a good cage and great for a Syrian hamster as it will be like a hotel for them lol.

Ferplast Rabbit 100

super indoor cage
Ordered this on mon eve arrived wed morning super service. the cage is great goes together well and the house section fits securely into the corner, food bowl fits on top which prevents it being knocked over by playfull pets, water bottle fits well and doesn't drip. Has a section which fits on the outside to hold the hay and keep it clean and off the floor of the cage.

I bought this for my pair of guinea pigs and it offers plenty of room for them in comfort, easy to clean, would buy this product again.
Very happy
Just right for my little guineawiggle! I needed to buy her a bigger indoor cage because she is very much an indoor piggie, not like my other 2 and she is growing a bit. I loved the large housing area and the food bowl up top; gets her moving around a bit more when she isn't out playing. The large swing door is good and makes it nice and easy to move around and get hold of her while she is still not entirely used to being grabbed up and taken out of her cage so she running around everywhere :P
It is definately a good price for what you get; loads of room, a large housing area, a nicely sized hay rack which keeps the hay off the ground so it doesn't get dirtied, a water bottle that clips on and doesn't drip when not being used, and a platform with the food bowl up top so that the animal can go looking for their food and also don't dirty their own food so much :)
I recommend this to anyone that has small guinea pigs or rabbits.
Ferplast indoor guinea pig cage
Arrived super quickly, even during the postal chaos before Christmas !! There are no instructions on how to assemble the cage, but we got there in the end. My two guinea pigs are very happy in there, and it is easy to clean. The fact that the food bowl is on top of the house means there is more room for them to run around. Very happy with it overall !

Ferplast Paula Hamster Cage with Accessories

Great add on cage.
I purchased the Ferplast Paula as another extension for my dwarf hamster. She adores it!

While I would never use this as a cage on its own for any hamster, short of finding one on ebay, amazon sells it for a great price :) I had some tubes left over so my syrian has benefited from it too!
My dwarf lives in a ferplast kios which is attached to a combi 1 and now the paula, it really has enriched her life and she loves running around all 3 cages! I haven't used the wheel as it's too small for her, she already has a flying saucer anyway but she didn't like the wheel at all, I found it quite hard/rough to touch so her feet must have caught on the bits that stick up. How people have syrians in it I don't know.

As an extension cage, it's great :)
