Not compatible with UK socket
The problem is that I was not aware that the plug would not be compatible for a UK plug socket. This was very disappointing especially as it was purchased through a UK website. I would recommend that an adapter is supplied or in the description it is made clearer that an adapter for UK usage would be required. (The previous drinkwell 360 product I purchased camw with an adapter)
