Being returned, it doesn't fit together properly
Bought from Pets at Home in Inverness it was missing the rings to connect the curved tubes. A 40 mile round trip later and we had a replacement with all the parts. It looks nice and is potentially fun for children but it's going back tomorrow as the curved tubes and red rings cannot be fitted together and therefore it is not fit for purpose. The red rings are the wrong size for the curved tubes and it is impossible to fit them together without potentially snapping the tubes. It is not that the fitting is tight, it is just not possible to connect the tubes and red rings. I spent 4 frustrating hours trying without success and am really angry at wasting so much time on something that should be easy and fit together properly first time.
DONT!!! buy this cage
for anyone thinking about buying this cage DONT!!!! i bought it for my hamster and it took my husband and i at least 5 hours to put together only for it to keep falling apart again the tubes do not fit together properly and we have had to resort to using tape and superglue to try to keep it in one piece. its a nightmare to clean as it just falls apart when you try to move it and so takes ages to get back together again. it is such a shame as it looks really good and its lovely watching the hamster running around through the tunnels and round in the wheel but for anyone thinking of buying this i would say dont waste your money!
