HAMSTER CAGE DOUBLE TROUBLE MOUSE MICE DWARF HAMSTER
A great cage - once put together!
I bought this cage for my two mice as it seemed to be compact, yet had two wheels.
It was rather fidley to put together, and it would have helped if there was an English translation for the instructions, some of which needed guess-work.
Two tips:
Put the door on the base before adding the wire.
Check the wire is the right way up so the door can be shut tight.
However, my mice love it, the run up to the wheel and the wheels themselves are very popular - the counters make me realise how active they are when I'm asleep. Over 70,000 revolutions in a week!
I did hope the wheels would not squeak, but sadly after about ten days they have done so & I've not yet found a cure.
The food bowl is easily fixed, the water container less so, and I've used tape to ensure it does not slip into the straw at the bottom of the cage.
The top clips firmly to the bottom, but the lower door is not easily opened or closed...
hamster cage
This is an ideal cage for my two dwarf hamsters, they have lots of space and its good to see them enjoying using their wheels.
Rubbish
I bought this cage for my 2 dwarf hamsters and for starters the instructions are not in English next the balls make a noise after a week. It is poorly made the door doesn't open and close properly and snapped after a week and you cannot buy replacements!! In my opinion this cage is not value for money I had it a week and had to buy a new one.
