Good productThis product is great as an outdoor pen, I really wanted something that I could use inside and out so I had to modify it by putting in a removable floor. The product itself is solid, easy to put together(It comes flat packed) and looks well. As an out-door pen it is excellent as it is quite large with a cover area.
Lucky tortoises!This is a really great product even my husband thought it was as he put it together. Really smart grandson proof too!
Not as advertisedI ordered this product for my 2 tortoises as the box I had was hand built and needed replacing. I chose this box for 2 reasons, firstly the design and secondly the size. The design of the box is simply ok. I think the enclosed portion, the "house" is too big, even for larger animals. It could easily be half the size. Secondly the size of the box is also "ok". However, the box once constructed is NOT the size it is advertised by a few inches either way. Therefore it was not the box I really wanted. I contacted the supplier and after many emails and delays I have the original box collected and assured the correct box would be delivered. Once again, I was let down as when the new box arrived it was the same shorter dimensions. I was in need of a new box at this stage so I elected to keep it.
The box itself is totally suitable for most things, but the advertised dimensions are incorrect and the general handling of my order and subsequent needs were shabby.
