This item got delivered this morning, firstly when we took it out of the box one of the bits of wood was split, but as our rabbit is coming today we thought we would repair it, as don't have time to return it for a refund. Then on trying to put it together the tray is a nightmare to posistion and the divider doesn't fit properly. We are really dissapointed with this as was bought for our Grandaughter as a surprise. I wouldn't buy from here again!!

I ordered this hutch on 30th june and received it by the following Tuesday. The hutch arrived well packaged and when it was opened all the parts were there. The hutch took about 25 mins to put together. The hutch is big enough for two guinea pigs, the locks on both doors are secure and the mesh on the front is strong, we also purchased a hutch cover to protect the hutch and guinea pigs from the rain and wind

I'm happy with my purchase when I opened box they were two bits broken which I had to repair bear in mind this is brand new as I had got rid of old cage and had guinea pigs in a temp indoor cage which I borrowed so I was unable to send it back

Nice size... But...
I bought this hutch for my two mini rex rabbits. I wanted something big enough for them to run about in and behave like rabbits should. The size is only just OK for two small bunnies though, and really I'd have liked to get them something bigger, but budget constraints made that impossible for me. I have had the hutch for about a week, and it has one major flaw if you plan on keeping bunnies in it. The run floor is bare - open... Bunnies like to burrow... Luckily my garden is secure and my two little rascals hadn't escaped out of that as well. But this problem is easily overcome by covering the run floor in wire mesh, which I have now done. If you buy this for rabbits make sure you don't make the same mistake I did! Overall, aside from the great bunny escape, I am very happy with the hutch. The bunnies have the space they need (just), and it's easy to clean out, and was fairly simple for my partner and I to assemble (we did it in the rain, I bet if the sun was shining we'd have...

Excellent, Well worth the money
Excellent product, well worth the money, we plan to use indoors and move to back garden now and then in warmer weather. I would recommend this product to anyone as the price is attractive, it is sturdy, easy to set up and very appealing to the eye.
Rabbit hutch
This product might be good for guinea Pigs but is certainly not good for rabbits, first of all the ramp in it is way too steep and the upstairs walkway is too small. I wish i read the reveiws before i bought the item and i honestly dont recomend it and the sizes are wrong for this and could make an animal very ill or hurt its self. This product has a lot of potential if enough research was done on sizes and the wood quality is very good.
Looks much better in the pic
This hutch looks a lot better in the picture online than it is built up at home. Although this hutch was fairly easy to assemble ( though the instructions are not very good as its through pictures which are rubbish and wrong) it is way to small for a fully grown rabbit the top half where the rabbit lives is tiny and the walk way is very slim and my rabbit fell off it down the hole into the bottom half. The bottom section again is not big enough so requires additional rabbit run. My rabbit looks far too cramped so not going to be able to use this hutch for him and will have to get another one that's bigger. This hutch is more suited to an animal the size of a hamster!!! Not recommended at all, I wish I had read all the reviews prior to purchasing this hutch.

Dont bother keep looking
STAY AWAY...... My wife foolishly purchased this product on the back on someones review saying that it was big enough for 2 rabbits, we have 2 dwarf rabbits and it is NOT big enough. The supplier should remove this as it is irresponsible to let people believe that. The worst flat pack i have had the displeasure of putting together as no pre drilled holes and quality is rubbish. There are a lot better cages for the money that was paid. This is a genuine review to warn off un expecting buyers, i have not looked at the rest of the suppliers range so can not comment on other products.

I brought this hutch for my x2 lionhead females and it is a great hutch, easy to clean and plenty of room for both of them. Recommend this hutch if you are thinking of having 2 rabbits living together... And extra bonus is it comes with the hutch cover aswelll

Excellent value for money
Great hutch, slightly smaller than expected height wise and the tray wouldn't slide in without unscrewing the wooden block at the back and repositioning it but other than that I was really impressed. We now have 3 hutches and my rabbits are very happy!!!

Amazson bought guinea pig hutch
Although we were led to believe this would fit a rabbit,it is on the small side but our rabbit is only 10 weeks old,so this hutch is a great stop gap.It is very well made and incredibly easy to put together.The speed of delivery was brilliant and I would recommend it to any guinea pig owners.The only down side is the tray for cleaning out does allow a bit of leakage but as the hutch is predominately used outside it does'nt matter.However as Biscuit gets bigger he will grow out of it fairly quickly.

this hutch is nice but saying this the bottom sheet is metal!! wasnt flat either..poorly made. easy to build although screws wouldnt go in properly so there are slight gaps.....i would absolutely no way put a rabbit in this. even a netherland dwarf. my guniea pig is the size of a netherland and he is still too big for the cage. i would only recommend it be used as temporary accomadation. or if you have more money get a different one!
Cheap and Cheerful
A good product at an affordable price. Ideal for the dwarf rabbit we have as a kids pet. Decent size and quite sturdy. Would recommend.

great,finally got one that is a nice size,easy to assemble an has a metal roof as most have netting only.lots of door accesses.In short your pet will be as safe as a hutch,its large size does make it difficult to catch the little blyters,but thats a minor concern considering all other points ive made i use a wooden plank to steer them into a corner and catch them, leave it inside when you need it

Great rubbit hutch
Hutch is very easy to put together, took two of us 20mins. Very good quilty wood and finish.
very fast delievery arrived 2 days after order.
Nicely made but light material
This flat packed hutch was nicely manufactured, the standard of finish was good and the instructions for assembly very clear. It was let down by the lightweight material and fittings used. One piece of wood was so light that it had cracked in transit and I had to glue it prior to assembly. I doubt if the hutch will last many winters. The padlock fitting would not really stop a determined child from forcing the hutch open. A shame really, slightly stronger wood and fittings would make this an excellent product.

This hutch is really sturdy, and was relatively easy to build. A definite winner. I would recommend this to anyone that has any small rodents.

Excellent Product
This is a very sturdy, well made hutch at a reasonable price. It is also very easy to put together - once you understand the first pictorial instruction which is far from clear! (You need to realize that part "1" is a catch although it looks nothing like one in the illustration.) One minor improvement could be made by adding an additional cross bar to support the lower back panel which is a bit flimsy without one. The top panel has a cross bar, so I don't understand why the bottom does not. Indeed it has two screw holes in it, and there were two spares screws left after assembly, which almost implied there should have been another cross bar. However, overall an excellent hutch which gives a rabbit plenty of room.
Rabbit Hutch
Great Value for money, although bunnies have nearly eaten most of it already. These were very easy to assemble and the raincover fits perfectly.
Could do better
A bit disappointed by this to be honest. I didn't find it that easy to assemble due to limited instructions. Also the top section divider doesn't fit correctly, and I can't get the ramp catch to fit. I was also surprised by how flimsy it is overall - I can't seeing it lasting many winters. The main problem however for our two (young) guinea pigs is that they find the ramp too steep - they seem frightened and won't come down it, and really struggle to get up it. Perhaps I am expecting too much at this price. However, on reflection, I'd have bought a wire run, and just kept them in their much stronger hutch.

Update - after just a few weeks out in the rain, some of the plywood started to come apart. The guinea pigs also could not use the ramp - it seemed too steep for them. I took the hutch apart, and made it into a single decker, using replacement 12mm external plywood. Not impressed at all by this product.

Our guinea pigs love it!
Nice product. Quality as expected really (my husband is a carpenter and so always moans about the quality of such items but never has time to make his own!!!!)We just bought two guinea pigs for my two sons and wanted a nice hutch with plenty of room. They seem happy enough in it, although the "ramp" is quite steep and they struggled a little to climb up it without slipping!!! We made a wooden platform raised on pieces of wood either side and placed it underneath the ramp to reduce the gradient and they manage fine now! It's been put to the test already as well with all the rain we have had, and kept the guinea pigs warm and dry, so all in all a good buy.

Good product, instructions straight forward enough. screw sizes in there own lettered bag for reference, rabbit happy. Although mine did not arrive with a hutch cover as over reviewer has commented.

Excellent small animal run
The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because there are no instructions on how to assemble or secure it. I have tried to provide some instructions below for anyone else who purchases this excellent run.

Several other reviews suggest it is not fox safe or is a little flimsey and I think it very likely this is because it has not been put together exactly right. Once ours was constructed it was very sturdy and certainly fox proof.

The two long sides come as separate pieces and the third piece consists of a set of connected panels comprising the top and two short sides. These three pieces attach using two hooks along each vertical join. I would definately recommend using a pair of good pliers to open the hooks slightly and then closing them afterwards to make sure they cannot slip out.

Next the top of the run is attached to the longer sides using 8 semi circular rings, 4 on each of the long side panels. You should again use your pliers to bend them...
Rabbit run
I bought this item to replace the same (well - nearly the same) item as a tree fell down in the garden straight onto the run! (No bunnies were injured as it happened during the night) This new run is slightly different as it doesn't have a mid roof opening & the front top opening is much smaller too. This makes putting buns in the run a little more difficult but I am getting used to it. So far so good! The last run was about 4 years old & still going strong ( until the tree fell!) so I'm hoping this will be the same. Delivery was on time & the product well packaged. There were no instructions to assist in putting it together but it isn't rocket science as was quite easy to do. It took 2 of us & I think I would have struggled on my own.

Fantastic Product
I bought this hutch for my 2 rabbits and it is fantastic, the extra depth and the pull out plastic coated tray make this hutch amazing and easy to clean and my rabbits love it. There is so much space inside and I can access the rabbits from the roof as it lifts on both sides. I love they have access directly to the grass and they enjoy going up and down the felted ramp. I would recommend this hutch to anyone who loves their pets, as their pets will love will this hutch. 5 Stars.
