Bought for new pet guinea pigs who immediately settled in right away. Great size for two guinea pigs. Easy to clean. Excellent sevice/delivery from Bunny Business.
Acceptable, but you get what you pay for
The order was delivered very promptly, and didn't require a signature which was great as I didn't have to wait in.
The hutch is supposed to be easy to be put together, and would have been, if all the pre-drilled holes had been there, but unfortuantely they weren't so it was more difficult. The ladder to downstairs is ok, but there is no option to lift it up and therefore keep the rabbit upstairs, which is a feature I would have liked.
The side run is detachable, but I'm not sure why, because there is nothing to seal off the open ends once its detached - so quite a pointless feature in my opinion. The tray is ok, but again not terribly useful as a pull out tray, because there can't be any more on it than will fit through the space it has to slide in and out. Therefore you really need to empty it before pulling out the tray, which isn't easy because of how the hutch is built.
Altogether, its a good space for a small rabbit or guinea pig, but much bigger wouldn't...
