Don't panic when the dog turns PINK
This product is a bit more expensive on Amazon but it is still well worth the money. There are two diffent kinds - one that needs refrigeration and one that doesn't. I have used the original that needs refrigeration. The first day the dogs face turned completely PINK. I think that is why they reccommend using the powder. I suspect that it is just talc to disguise the pink and help dry the tears and stop them running down the face. However it actually does the job. After several hours it was obvious that the stains had lightened. I continued using it for three days and then I gave the dogs face a good wash with soap and water. The product must have taken out a lot of the stain because once all the talc was washed out there was a great improvement. (I had washed the dogs face with soap and water before but was previously left with a very dark stain.) After a week the dogs face is obviously much better and other people cannot see the problem that I was talking about even...

Only received a small bottle of solution - which cost, with postage
