Great Product
This is fantastic value for money. Very well made and sturdy, far better than the hutches you can buy at your average pet store. Highly recommended for smaller animals.
Too small as sole accommodation
This hutch is recommended for rabbits but does not meet the minimum recommended size. The RSPCA and RWAF both recommend the minimum hutch size for rabbits is 6 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet, The XL size falls short of that buy some 2 feet. Both the RSPCA and RWAF also recommend their minimum hutch size is attached to a run for permanent access to a larger space. This hutch would only be suitable as a shelter within a larger predator proof enclosure.
