Need to take care with assembly - not difficult, just a good idea to take your time and do it properly rather than rush. Only used occasionally to take cat to Vets, but very happy with it.

zipper came broken
It's hard enough to get a cat into the bag, but the zipper was jammed and it took a while to get it closed. All the while, the cat was getting more stressed out.
